We take sound baths to the next level with expertly crafted acoustic and electronic soundscapes designed to transform your wellbeing.
Our 3 Pillars set us apart from being just any other sound bath.
Hybrid VS Traditional Sound Baths
Hybrid sound baths blend traditional acoustic instruments with live electronics and cutting-edge production techniques borrowed from the world of commercial music to create sonic environments that transcend the traditional sound bath experience. The additional sonic palette of a hybrid sound bath helps you better recover, recharge, and reset by invoking a hypnagogic state — the space between wakefulness and sleep where your brain shifts to alpha and theta waves — promoting a state of optimal balance (source). This balance, known as homeostasis, has the power to positively impact sleep, digestive issues, performance at work, emotional regulation, social connection, resilience, general energy levels and even chronic inflammation.
Vibration can shatter windows, trigger avalanches, and even alter structures on a molecular level.Yet, most of us pay little attention to the sounds we ingest. A poor “sound diet” is now the second biggest contributor to illness, second only to air pollution. But a good, balanced “sound diet” can shift your thoughts, dictate your internal narratives, and even reduce cortisol levels, heart rate, and positively impact blood pressure (source).
Your nervous system acts as the lens through which you view the world, shaping how you perceive, respond to, and recover from life’s demands. Many people don’t realise your nervous system, like your brain, can also form new connections, rewiring your habitual stress responses at base level. By rewiring your nervous system, you unlock the ability to think clearly, regulate emotions effectively, and build resilience to stress. And the most powerful way to regulate your stress response, balance your neurochemical makeup, and positively impact your brain state is through entrainment — the process by which sound physically interacts with and influences your nervous system.

Sound Wellness was founded by Chris Draper, a speaker and professional drummer currently playing on the record-breaking production of Hamilton in London's West End. He has two decades of recording credits spanning major TV channels, streaming platforms, and charting artists.
In early 2023, after experiencing two traumatic brain injuries, Chris discovered that specific forms of music had a profound ability to alleviate his symptoms—achieving what no other treatment could. This breakthrough has inspired an ongoing deep dive into the science of music, resulting in collaborations with neuroscientists and leaders in the wellbeing space to create an immersive, in-person experience designed to regulate the nervous system and unlock profound benefits.
Regulating your nervous system requires a well-rounded toolkit. While there’s no single “magic fix,” one of the most accessible and effective starting points is a low-barrier practice like Sound Wellness.Whether you’re a parent, a leader, a founder, part of a team, or simply someone striving to perform and feel your best, most people can benefit from mastering tools that help us stay grounded under the pressures of daily life.
That said, Sound Wellness may not be suitable for everyone. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor before participating if you have epilepsy, are in the early stages of pregnancy, or have hearing conditions, mental health concerns, cardiac issues, severe migraines, inner ear disorders, a history of trauma or emotional instability, chronic pain, or respiratory conditions.
There’s a hidden paradox in the workplace.Creative thinking, named the second most important business skill of 2023, relies on a balanced nervous system to function at its best. Yet, today’s work environments are high-pressure, fast-paced, and overwhelming. Burnout rates have surged from 51% in 2021 to 63% in 2023, and if this trend continues, the entire UK workforce could face burnout by 2030.Not only is this expensive, but it hinders creative thinking and prevents business growth you didn’t even know was possible.Chris’ signature keynote, The Neuroscience of Creative Thinking Under Pressure, dives into the foundation of creativity and offers actionable, scientifically backed solutions to help teams think on their feet with clarity and ease so businesses can leverage their most powerful advantage: the ability to innovate and differentiate.Grounded in Chris’ expertise at the top end of the music industry, this hour-long, interactive talk blends high-performance thinking with neuroscience to turn intangible “soft” skills into practical hard skills that your team can rely on under pressure.
"If creativity is the key to success in today’s workplace, this talk is the foundation for unlocking it".
Your brain is everything. It’s your thoughts, your identity, your skills, your emotions, and how you respond to life’s challenges. It’s the control center for who you are and how you experience the world.Yet most people barely think about their brain—let alone take care of it.The reality is we know surprisingly little about how the brain works. While we’ve discovered concepts like neuroplasticity, which shows the brain can adapt and rewire itself, the deeper mechanisms—such as consciousness itself—remain some of the biggest unanswered questions in science. That’s why we are an associate member of The British Neuroscience Association.5% of our profits go directly to the BNA to support groundbreaking research and advance understanding in this vital field.
